2. App Permissions

📷 Camera

  • Use: Scan QR codes to join shared tables
  • Storage: We don't save images or videos
  • Optional: You can enter codes manually without using the camera

📍 Location

  • Use: Process precise or approximate location, when you grant permission, to find nearby restaurants and enable on-site features
  • Storage: We do not retain a continuous coordinate history. We may store the restaurant or visit linked to your account and the minimum evidence needed for attribution or verification
  • Optional: You can search for restaurants manually

🔔 Notifications

  • Use: Activity alerts for your shared table
  • Control: You can disable them anytime in settings

🌐 Internet

  • Use: Data synchronization and real-time features
  • Required: For app functionality

🎯 Advertising Tracking (iOS)

  • Use: The free version may request permission to use the advertising identifier and provide personalized ads
  • Control: You can decline this permission; the app will continue to work and advertising will respect the available choices
  • Pro: Pro accounts do not display ads and do not receive this request through the advertising flow

3. Advertising and Consent

Uno Mas Sushi uses Google AdMob to fund the free version. Before requesting or displaying ads, the app determines the account's access and applies the consent choices required in your region.

  • Free accounts: May see banner and interstitial ads. Availability and personalization depend on your consent, permissions, and regional settings.
  • Pro accounts: Do not display AdMob ads while Pro access is active, including a grace period recognized by the app.
  • Consent: Where applicable, we use Google's consent platform to request and retain your preferences before requesting ads.
  • Your choices: When required by law or Google, you can review advertising privacy choices from the app's settings. You can also change tracking permission in iOS Settings.

4. Data We Collect

  • Account information: Email and name (for authentication)
  • Session history: Record of your buffet visits and pieces consumed
  • Usage and diagnostic data: Interaction events, technical information, performance, and crashes to operate and improve the app
  • Advertising data: For free accounts, Google may process device identifiers, ad signals, and consent data according to your permissions and choices
  • Location: Precise or approximate location when you use nearby or on-site features; it may be temporarily linked to your account, restaurant, or visit to provide that feature

  • Provide and improve our services
  • Sync your information across devices
  • Send relevant notifications (if enabled)
  • Generate statistics and rankings
  • Process purchases and subscriptions (through Google Play/App Store)
  • Request, limit, and measure advertising for free accounts according to your choices

6. Data Security

  • We use Firebase Authentication to protect your account
  • All data is transmitted encrypted (HTTPS)
  • We only share data with providers and in the cases described in this policy
  • Payment data is processed by Google Play/App Store (we don't store card information)

7. Information Sharing

We don't sell your personal information. We only share it in the following cases:

  • Service providers: Google Firebase, Google Maps, Google AdMob, and app stores to provide the functions described in this policy
  • Legal compliance: If required by law
  • With your consent: When you share your table with other users

9. Data Retention

Mantenemos tus datos mientras tu cuenta esté activa. Si eliminas tu cuenta, borraremos toda tu información personal en un plazo de 30 días. Las solicitudes de acceso para restaurantes que no se conviertan en una relación comercial se conservan durante un máximo de 12 meses para dar seguimiento y evitar solicitudes duplicadas; puedes pedir su eliminación antes de ese plazo.

Our app is not directed to children under 13. We don't intentionally collect information from children under 13.
