Clear answers before you request access
Can I create an account directly?
Not yet. Restaurant accounts are activated through an assisted process so the team can validate the location and link it correctly.
Is online checkout available?
No. Prices are shown for reference, but plan activation and billing coordination currently happen with our team.
What can customers see?
Only public restaurant information such as profile, menu, gallery, address, hours and available promotions. Internal analytics and team tools remain private.
Do I need the consumer app to use the portal?
No. Restaurant management happens in the web-based Owner Portal. The consumer app is the channel customers use to discover and interact with restaurants.
Can I manage more than one location?
The portal can switch between locations assigned to the same account. Our team confirms the right setup during activation.
